Churchill Downs

Churchill Downs is a neighborhood known for its beautiful streets and manicured lawns, along with its closeness to downtown Ann Arbor. Located off Scio Church Road, it’s within walking distance to stores and close to Briarwood Mall, The Big House for game-day tailgating, and I-94. Construction began in the 1970s by Whittier Construction Company and offers a variety of styles: ranches, colonials, and tri-level models.
