Creekside Village East

Creekside Village East is one of four Creekside Village mid-priced subdivisions constructed between 2006-2014 in Ypsilanti Township. Located off Merritt Road and Tuttle Hill Road, the original construction was started by Pulte Homes, later to be taken over in 2008 by Lombardo Homes, where it would continue building until 2014. Floor plans range in size from 1,483-3,350 sq. ft. and feature 3-5 bedrooms, 2-4 bathrooms, and 2-3 car garages, and you can choose from ranch-style or two-story layouts. Homes offer luxury touches like walk-in closets, lavish private baths, mud rooms, extra large cabinets, and granite, quartz, or Corian countertops, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and some even offer built-in sprinkler systems, and 2nd-floor laundry rooms for added convenience. Creekside Village East is 5 miles south of downtown Ypsilanti and is a reasonable commute to Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan, Saline, and Plymouth. The community is just minutes from Eastern Michigan University along with local dining and shopping options. The Ypsilanti District Library is also a quick car ride and the neighborhood offers easy access to I-94 for road trips to Metro Detroit. The neighborhood is situated away from all the action, allowing for extra privacy and quiet, and nature-loving residents will appreciate its proximity to Ford Heritage Park and water enthusiasts will enjoy having nearby access to Ford Lake. The community has its own clubhouse, pool, and playground for family fun! Students are zoned to Lincoln Consolidated Schools.
