Dexter Crossing

Dexter Crossing is a community southeast of downtown Dexter just off of Dexter Ann Arbor Road. It was constructed in the 1990s and still has some new builds thanks to Peter Building Company. Homes in this neighborhood range from 1,300-2,100 sq. ft. ranch and two-story homes that feature 3-4 bedrooms and 2-2.5 baths. There is an HOA fee and the community boasts beautiful landscaping at its entrances. There’s also a children’s playground and walking trails. Homes offer plenty of upgrades at moderate prices and lots are spacious backing up into the common areas, trees, ponds, or the community’s play areas. Residents will be right next to the Dexter Crossing Shopping Center for shopping at Busch’s Fresh Food Market and dining at restaurants like La Marsa Dexter and Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales + Kitchen. Downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan are just a 16-minute drive via Miller Road. If you decide to make Dexter Crossing your new home, you’ll also be adjacent to Dexter-Huron Metropark for even more recreational fun in the warmer months! The neighborhood has fully paved roads and sidewalks along with a picnic area and students in the neighborhood are zoned to Dexter Public Schools.
