Dhu Varren on the Park is a quiet northeast Ann Arbor community near the Pontiac Trail. The neighborhood is made up of 85 homes built between 1994-1999 by Tri-Mount with floor plans that range from 2,000-3,100 sq. ft. with mostly upgraded brick and vinyl designs.
