Eberwhite

Eberwhite has a unique history in how the west Ann Arbor neighborhood began. Home construction started in the 1880s with builds going up to the modern day. Its name came from a settler named Eber White, giving the neighborhood its historic charm. There are a multitude of styles to choose from: cape, cod, ranch, etc. Each home is unique in its design aspects and its highly sought-after location allows residents to walk to downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan Stadium, and also be close to restaurants like Zingerman’s Roadhouse, shopping at Whole Foods Market, Kroger, Target, Briarwood Mall, and arts/cultural venues near the University of Michigan’s campus. The streets are fully paved with sidewalks for easy access to all that downtown Ann Arbor has to offer. Eberwhite neighborhoods include Allmendinger Heights, Pauline Acres, Arbordale, Barnard Heights, and Virginia Park, among others. The neighborhood is also close to multiple parks: Burns, Eberwhite Woods, Fritz, Waterworks, Zion, and Virginia. Residents who commute outside of Ann Arbor during the week will easily be able to get to I-94. Students are zoned to Ann Arbor schools: Eberwhite Elementary, Slauson Middle School, and Pioneer High School. If you’re looking for your next home in a neighborhood where location is everything, you’ll fall in love with Eberwhite.
