Fleming Creek
Fleming Creek is a community located in northeast Ann Arbor where Plymouth and N Dixboro Roads cross and is made up of 189 homes, both modern and traditional. It offers a variety of floor plans and models that were built between 1994-2000. Homes range from 1,597-2,981 sq. ft. and feature 2-5 bedrooms, and 2-3.1 bathrooms, and most have either full or walkout-style basements. Styles are mostly two-story homes, but there are also 1, 1.5, and 3-story models. Homeowners can enjoy having a backyard deck/patio and a 2-2.5 car attached garage to protect vehicles from the elements. Streets are fully paved with driveways and sidewalks. The neighborhood is located right across from Matthaei Botanical Gardens, so plant enthusiasts can enjoy its natural beauty and Marshall Nature Area is just north of the property, capturing all the beauty that southeast Michigan has to offer. If you choose Fleming Creek, you’ll also be near major highways (US-23), the University of Michigan East Medical Campus, and downtown Ann Arbor with all its rich history and charm. Students are zoned to Ann Arbor schools: King Elementary, Clague Middle, and Huron High School. Homeowners can take advantage of lower Ann Arbor Township taxes. Fleming Creek is in a prime location close enough to downtown and everyday conveniences but far enough from the action, so residents can enjoy peace and quiet.
