Hickory Grove Estates is a smaller neighborhood in southeast Ann Arbor just off Platt Road made up of 53 homes with floor plans that range from 1,639-2,226 sq. ft. with 3-4 bedrooms. The community was built in 1992 and consists of mainly colonial and two-story contemporary homes. Yards can be fenced with prior approval and neighbor agreement. All homes feature basements and attached garages. Streets are fully paved as well as sidewalks.
