Hickory Grove Estates is a smaller neighborhood in southeast Ann Arbor just off Platt Road made up of 53 homes with floor plans that range from 1,639-2,226 sq. ft. with 3-4 bedrooms. The community was built in 1992 and consists of mainly colonial and two-story contemporary homes. Yards can be fenced with prior approval and neighbor agreement. All homes feature basements and attached garages. Streets are fully paved as well as sidewalks. To the west, you’ll find Old Hickory Trail at Pittsfield Preserve where you can bask in the natural beauty of southeastern Michigan. The neighborhood falls within Pittsfield Township so residents can take advantage of lower township taxes but still have access to Ann Arbor city water and sewer.
