Hollywood Park

Hollywood Park is a community in west Ann Arbor just off North Maple Road. Construction began in the 1960s and continued into the 1980s with mostly brick ranch styles, colonials, cape cod,  tri-level, and two-story single-family homes with floorplans that range from 1,000 to 1,800 square feet. Neighborhood streets are fully paved with driveways and sidewalks. Evergreen Park is adjacent to the community itself, which is all lined with beautiful trees and a 3-acre park with plenty of wooded areas and wildflowers. Residents are also within walking distance to Veteran’s Park where you’ll find a pool, sports complex, and Ann Arbor skate park. When you want to get out of the house for some entertainment, you’ll be less than 2 miles to downtown Ann Arbor where you’ll find plentiful shopping, restaurants, and cultural activities closer to the University of Michigan. While you’re there, you’ll be close to Plum Market, ALDI, Kroger, Arbor Farms Market, Chela’s Restaurant & Taqueria, and Zingerman’s Roadhouse. Commuters will have easy freeway access to both M-14 and I-94 to reach downtown Detroit. Abbot Elementary School sits within the perimeter of the community, so children are able to walk to school. Older students are zoned to Forsythe Middle School and Skyline High School. If you’re looking for a new home in a safe neighborhood that is close to all Ann Arbor has to offer, Hollywood Park is the place.
