Meadowinds

Meadowinds is a community located off of Scio Ridge in southwest Ann Arbor. The neighborhood is nestled between two other communities and very close to major highway I-94 for quick access to downtown Ann Arbor and Detroit. Homes were built by Wexford Homes and Westminster Builders from 1999-2001. Floor plans range from 2,100-2,750 sq. ft. Home features include fireplaces, first-floor laundry, hardwood floors in entrances, ceramic tile in the master baths, exterior brick, and 2-3 car garages. The streets and sidewalks are fully paved and the community features walking trails, a tennis court, a park and playground, a volleyball court, and an athletic field. To the west just a few minutes away is Scio Woods Preserve for getting outside and relaxing in nature. Downtown Ann Arbor is just minutes from the neighborhood and the University of Michigan campus. To the southeast, you’ll find stores galore: Target, Meijer, Best Buy, Whole Foods, and Oak Valley Center along with multiple restaurants for those nights out or when you don’t feel like cooking. Homeowners will pay lower Scio Township taxes and students are zoned to Ann Arbor Schools: Dicken Elementary, Slauson Middle School, and Pioneer High School.
