North Ralaric Farms

North Ralaric Farms is a rural community located 15 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor and just 10 minutes from downtown Dexter. It is situated off North Territorial Road West. There are 32 homes with a variety of styles in the community, all situated on spacious 1-2 acre lots that back up to wooded areas and natural green spaces.
