Oak Park

Oak Park is is a southeast Ann Arbor community located near Eastern Michigan University. The area is at the epicenter of shopping, dining, and other entertainment with quick access to US-23. Its tree-lined streets surround a variety of vintage homes in different styles including cape cod, colonial, ranch-style, and bi-level builds. Floor plans range from 923 to 2,308 sq. ft. Most were built in the 1950s and 1960s with a few dating back to the 1930s and 1940s, with construction finishing in the 1970s. Many have been remodeled to keep up with the demand for modern-day amenities and design elements.
