Old Creek Farms is a neighborhood in south Saline made up of 202 homes. Construction took place in the late 1960s to mid-1970s and features traditional colonial and ranch-style homes with 4 bedrooms and renovations throughout. Some of the homes in this mature neighborhood have retained some of their original hardwood floors and tiled bathrooms. Prices start in the $300k range and up, so this is a good starter neighborhood for first-time home buyers.
