Partridge Creek

Partridge Creek is a country-themed community of 296 homes south of downtown Ypsilanti that offers both privacy and convenience to local amenities. Construction in the neighborhood started in 1996 and features ranch, 2-story homes, and bi-level homes with a lot of variety in their exteriors. Floor plans were designed with multiple interior options and unique features, so no two are exactly the same. Sizes range from 1,300-2,350 sq. ft. and have 3-4 bedrooms, 2-3 baths, and 2-car attached garages. Many have vaulted ceilings, spacious master suites with large closets, private bathrooms, and large basements with sprawling backyards & decks for entertaining and family gatherings. Streets and sidewalks are fully paved for safety, and great for taking a brisk morning or early evening walk to relieve stress. Though the setting is more rural, residents have quick access (4 miles by car) to downtown Ypsilanti, stores like Kroger, and Meijer, and local restaurants and other shops nearby Ann Arbor. Parks abound in this community for outdoor enthusiasts and include Ford Heritage Park, Ford Lake Park, and Hewen’s Creek Park. Ford Lake is just to the northeast and provides hours of recreational fun for water enthusiasts. Homeowners pay Ypsilanti Township taxes and students are zoned to Lincoln Consolidated Schools.
