Silverleaf Estates

Silverleaf Estates is a community off Ellsworth Road in southeast Ann Arbor offering both luxury and everyday convenience. It was originally developed by Empire Builders in 1993, offering homeowners luxury combined with value. Lombardo Homes took over the neighborhood’s construction in the 2000s, so there are homes that don’t need any upgrades if you’re looking for a finished modern build. Floor plans range from 1,500-3,325 sq. ft. with a wide variety of designs that are classy, yet understated. Most offer 2-4 bedrooms, 2.1-3.1 baths,  2-3 car garages, fireplaces, hardwood floors, and master suites, and are located on private cul-de-sacs with paved sidewalks. Each home has the option to be upgraded, so homeowners can have a unique dwelling that is suited to their tastes. There’s a nearby nature area (Lloyd and Mabel Johnson Preserve), along with multiple stores like Meijer and Sam’s Club, restaurants, a Cinemark IMAX movie theater, hospitals, and local businesses at your convenience. Silverleaf Estates is in Pittsfield Township, (which includes Pittsfield Township property taxes) with a Ypsilanti mailing address and students are zoned to Ann Arbor Public Schools: Pittsfield Elementary, Scarlett Middle School, and Huron High School. Commuters can enjoy immediate access to I-94 for those drives into metro Detroit. If you’re looking to be near the action in Ann Arbor with Pittsfield Township taxes, check out Silverleaf Estates.
