Turnberry is a popular community of 210 single-family homes in various styles just southeast of downtown Ann Arbor. All Turnberry homes were built between 1993-1997 and range from 1,450-2,000 sq. ft. with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Each home is complete with a full basement, a 2-car garage, sidewalks, and a deck/patio for enjoying some outdoor leisure time with family and friends. Scarlett Mitchell Nature Area is to the south with its beautiful wetlands, wildlife area, and additional walking trails for when you want to take a relaxing, after-dinner stroll or get some exercise and Vitamin D. Homeowners are within walking distance to banks, the bus line, Valley View Shopping Center and stores like Kroger, Home Depot, ALDI, Target, and restaurants like Leo’s Coney Island, Jersey Mike’s, and Red Robin. You’ll have easy access to US-23 and I-94 as well, making for an easy commute to downtown Ann Arbor or a trip to Detroit.
