Westridge of Dexter

Westridge of Dexter is a community made up of mostly modern homes and is located just 15 minutes northwest of downtown Ann Arbor. Floorplans are typically 3-4 bedrooms, 2-3.5 baths, with vaulted ceilings, master suites, finished basements, and attached garages situated on up to ½ acre lots for extra privacy. Newer homes range anywhere from 1400–2900 sq. ft. with most construction dating from 1997-2014+, and a few ranch-style homes built in the 1950s coming in at 900-1400 sq. ft. The community boasts a beautiful lake, a quaint gazebo that offers cool shade on sunny days, and sidewalks leading to walking trails, parks, and playgrounds. Dexter Huron Metropark is situated along the Huron River and offers plenty of recreational activities like canoeing, kayaking, and tubing. Downtown Dexter is complete with quaint shops and a library and is a short walk or bike ride from Westridge. The Westridge neighborhood sits in the district of Dexter Community Schools with Lower Webster Township taxes. Residents are expected to participate in the subdivision’s HOA, which includes an annual fee. Westridge of Dexter still has gorgeous lots available for those who desire a new build.
